GeorgianAl-Waqia (The Event) - سورة الواقعة
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
فَأَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ (۸)
Those who deserved bliss will be in bliss.
وَأَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ (۹)
Those who deserved misery will be in misery.
لَا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنْزِفُونَ (۱۹)
They never run out, nor do they get bored.
لَا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا تَأْثِيمًا (۲۵)
They never hear any nonsense therein, nor sinful utterances.
وَأَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ (۲۷)
Those of the right side, will be on the right side.
وَأَصْحَابُ الشِّمَالِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الشِّمَالِ (٤۱)
Those of the left, will be on the left.
وَكَانُوا يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى الْحِنْثِ الْعَظِيمِ (٤٦)
They insisted on the great blasphemy.
وَكَانُوا يَقُولُونَ أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا أَإِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ (٤۷)
They said, "After we die and turn to dust and bones, we get resurrected?
قُلْ إِنَّ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَالْآخِرِينَ (٤۹)
Say, "The early generations and the later generations.
لَمَجْمُوعُونَ إِلَىٰ مِيقَاتِ يَوْمٍ مَعْلُومٍ (۵۰)
"Will be summoned to a meeting on a predetermined day.
ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ أَيُّهَا الضَّالُّونَ الْمُكَذِّبُونَ (۵۱)
"Then you, O disbelieving strayers.
نَحْنُ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ فَلَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ (۵۷)
We have created you, if you could only believe!
نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ الْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ (٦۰)
We have predetermined death for you. Nothing can stop us -
عَلَىٰ أَنْ نُبَدِّلَ أَمْثَالَكُمْ وَنُنْشِئَكُمْ فِي مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ (٦۱)
from substituting new generations in your place, and establishing what you do not know.
وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمُ النَّشْأَةَ الْأُولَىٰ فَلَوْلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ (٦۲)
You know about the first creation. Do you not remember?
لَوْ نَشَاءُ لَجَعَلْنَاهُ حُطَامًا فَظَلْتُمْ تَفَكَّهُونَ (٦۵)
If we will, we can turn it into hay. Then you will lament:
أَأَنْتُمْ أَنْزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْزِلُونَ (٦۹)
Did you send it down from the clouds, or did we?
لَوْ نَشَاءُ جَعَلْنَاهُ أُجَاجًا فَلَوْلَا تَشْكُرُونَ (۷۰)
If we will, we can make it salty. You should be thankful.
أَأَنْتُمْ أَنْشَأْتُمْ شَجَرَتَهَا أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْشِئُونَ (۷۲)
Did you initiate its tree, or did we?
نَحْنُ جَعَلْنَاهَا تَذْكِرَةً وَمَتَاعًا لِلْمُقْوِينَ (۷۳)
We rendered it a reminder, and a useful tool for the users.
فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ (۷٤)
You shall glorify the name of your Lord, the Great.
وَإِنَّهُ لَقَسَمٌ لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ (۷٦)
This is an oath, if you only knew, that is awesome.
وَتَجْعَلُونَ رِزْقَكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ تُكَذِّبُونَ (۸۲)
Do you make it your business that you disbelieve?
فَلَوْلَا إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْحُلْقُومَ (۸۳)
When the time comes and it (your soul) reaches your throat -
وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْكُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ (۸۵)
We are closer to it than you are, but you do not see.
فَلَوْلَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ غَيْرَ مَدِينِينَ (۸٦)
If it is true that you do not owe any accounting -
تَرْجِعُونَهَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ (۸۷)
why do you not restore (your soul), if you are truthful?
وَأَمَّا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ الضَّالِّينَ (۹۲)
But if he is one of the disbelievers, the strayers -
