وَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ
Woe to every backbiter, slanderer.
الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ (۲)
He hoards money and counts it.
يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ (۳)
As if his money will make him immortal.
كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنْبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ (٤)
Never; he will be thrown into the Devastator.
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ (۵)
Do you know what the Devastator is?
نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ (٦)
GOD's blazing Hellfire.
الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ (۷)
It burns them inside out.
إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِمْ مُؤْصَدَةٌ (۸)
They will be confined therein.
فِي عَمَدٍ مُمَدَّدَةٍ (۹)
