ArabianAl-Qiyama (The Resurrection) - سورة القيامة
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنْسَانُ أَلَّنْ نَجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ (۳)
Does the human being think that we will not reconstruct his bones?
بَلَىٰ قَادِرِينَ عَلَىٰ أَنْ نُسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ (٤)
Yes indeed; we are able to reconstruct his finger tip.
بَلْ يُرِيدُ الْإِنْسَانُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُ (۵)
But the human being tends to believe only what he sees in front of him.
يَقُولُ الْإِنْسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ الْمَفَرُّ (۱۰)
The human being will say on that day, "Where is the escape?"
إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ (۱۲)
To your Lord, on that day, is the final destiny.
يُنَبَّأُ الْإِنْسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ (۱۳)
The human being will be informed, on that day, of everything he did to advance himself, and everything he did to regress himself.
فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ (۱۸)
Once we recite it, you shall follow such a Quran.
وَالْتَفَّتِ السَّاقُ بِالسَّاقِ (۲۹)
Each leg will lay motionless next to the other leg.
فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ (۳۱)
For he observed neither the charity, nor the contact prayers (Salat).
أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنْسَانُ أَنْ يُتْرَكَ سُدًى (۳٦)
Does the human being think that he will go to nothing?
فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ الزَّوْجَيْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَالْأُنْثَىٰ (۳۹)
He made it into male or female!
